How do I buy Pivotal Moments?

You can either purchase directly through your NeXT web portal account or by contacting us so we can help you through the process. You will be charged a fee per fan who plays your Pivotal Moment.

How many fans do I reach when I buy a Pivotal Moment?

There is no limit to the number of fans you can reach, it depends on how many fans play your Pivotal Moment. There is a minimum of 1,000 fans per Pivotal Moment.

Can I limit the quantity of fans that I can reach when I buy a Pivotal Moment?

Yes, you can put a maximum on the quantity of fans you would like to reach.

When do fans see my marketing message during the game?

On their phone, in the centre of their screen right after the Pivotal Moment has occurred in the live game.

You send a Post-Game Offer to every fan who played in your Pivotal Moment in the game. We charge a fee each time a fan chooses to Opt-In to the offer.

How many fans do I reach when I buy a Post-Game Offer?

What percentage of the fans that receive my Post-Game Offer will opt-in to get it?

The better the offer you send, the higher the opt-in rate will be. We anticipate an opt-in rate of around 26%.

Can I communicate with the fans directly?
